DanCottle
Hey has anyone else done negatives to train for pinching 2 45's? I have been trying them- basically lift with 2 hands let go of one and try to slowly go to the ground and I do about 4 reps. Is this a good idea? Or should i stick to 2hp? Also I was wondering who the lightest person is who can do this feat? I'm currently ~165. I can currently do 2 35s for a couple of seconds on the slickest plates i have ever come across. Bill Piche
Yes, negatives are a good training tech. I would do singles. Then, add weight if your goal is to do two 45's.
