Have a mega squat session planned tonight,and will be trying my 3 again after the workout :mosher

Will post the results later.

No luck, nearly got it the second attempt.Must have been the thickness of a folded piece of paper between the handles,could not give it anymore.Next time it will close.On a more positive note,I closed the 2.5 left hand,not managed that before :) The RB260 I managed to close twice,after my COC 3 attempts.

Loaded my grip machine up and ground out some reps,and holds to finish.

A mega does of caffeine about 30 minutes before your squats is good for 4 to 5 sheets of paper. You'll get it next time.

Thanks,I always drink coffee before a workout,but will double the strength next time.

Just home from work,quick try on the 3 no warm up just too see how I am after a workout the night before,got it too 3mm straight away :mosher,now I know its nearly there :)

Coffee and 20 rep squats are they way foward :mosher Just had an amazing grip workout.One set of 20 rep squats followed by a few goes on the 3 ;) then some high number negatives on the grip machine,felt great :)
