Jedd Johnson
Guys, I just posted a new article on Diesel Crew about the World's Strongest Hands Series and why this may just be YOUR opportunity to take part in your first ever Grip contest. It also has ideas on how to train for the contest in the next few weeks so you are ready in time for the next leg, even if you don't have the specific equipment. http://www.dieselcrew.com/worlds-strongest-hands Also, if the article makes no sense to you, I also posted all of the footage of this past weekend's Leg 2 of the WSH Series on my YouTube Channel. part one is at the top of the page and then it will take you to the following chunks of video. There are 6 parts, but each one is only 3 or 4 minutes long. http://www.youtube.com/user/jeddjohnson Look for plenty more info coming your way at DieselCrew.com. Jedd Johnson
No need to put it off! Come to one of the WSH events in October and get your feet wet. You'll be glad you did
Malice
Great article Jedd! No need to put it off! Come to one of the WSH events in October and get your feet wet. You'll be glad you did I agree. My first and so far only grip contest was WSH in August. I'm glad I went and can't wait for October's contest. daniel reinard
Great article! Is there a west coast sponsor in the future? Maybe S.F., Reno or Tahoe... I absolutely love comps and contests. It's the perfect way to get sucked into a sport. For instance, I have a climbing comp this Friday. I've stop bouldering, been on a rope, since last years comps but now that they're back I'm back at it. Two years ago it was target shooting. Any chance I have to particiapte in a friendly contest that promotes bettering ones self I take it!
Jedd Johnson
Cool Dan. You sound like me. I try all kinds of stuff. There doesn't seem to be anyone on the West Coast who is running any contests any time soon, and definitely not WSH. But I encourage you to contact lonewolf, here on the board. He has run contests in the past and may have something up his sleeve that i am not aware of. Thanks. Jedd
