Deep Set Close Coc#3

Recommended Posts

Hey guys,

I wrote earlier that i've got some issues with my biceptendon. I've been on holiday and took a complet rest.

Still free from work so I decided to try to make a gripperclose vid and show it to you...

It's a deep set close of my #3. I closed it a few times earlier, but never to consistent/confident since i'm working on the CC close.

I did it with more confidence, but that was before my injury.... The close ups are out of focus,

but it's possible to see that it's a #3. It's certainly not easy to make a clear vid. I tried it a few times afterwards and closed it, but I don't want to mess my arms any further up, so I'll continue with my resting period... Just for sharing with you. I saw Malice his closes and those from naturalstrength, so I couldn't stay behind :blush.

Of course a lot of work in progress but it's a start.

Nice close!Solid and strong the CCS will be sooner than you probably think if you stay consistant with your hand gripper training Good luck.

Thank you guys! Oh and Rico, I made another reply for you regarding homemade equipment, but some photo's of

my custom made and partially crafted by nature :laugh griptraining equipment are in the pipeline.

Planned to do that this afternoon, but felt strong and decided to try to shoot a gripper close.

Now my tendon hurts and my wife says 'Told you so' :trout

Thank you guys for your quick reactions! Very motivating indeed! Now hoping that my Physical Therapist can do

miracles wednesday so I can get back into training.
