IROC-Z Posted August 1, 2010 Share Posted August 1, 2010 The main thing I would change on this routine is to eliminate the Squats from Monday's workout, and find a different time to do them. Maybe hit the Squats on Wednesday? The other thing that doesn't thrill me is doing Dips the day before you're going to do your Benching. I'd move them into Monday's workout, and cut back a little on the Incline DB Presses. That's just my two cents, though. You'll have to experiment a little and find what fits for you. Best wishes!
