Shane 7575
I just completed my first bending workout ever. I read to start with the crushing part first seeing that it is the hardest part of the bend to finish. I bent 1/4 inch hot rolled 7 inches,6 inches and 5 inches then moved to 1/4 inch colded rolled 7,6,and 5 again. Then got stumped on the 5/16 hot rolled. I can finish good bends for me but I have a hard time getting the first part of the bend going. Is there any suggetions? Feel free to tell me anything I am as green as the grass to this field. Martin Gaisser
I've asked alot of good bending guys about training Paul K., Aaron C., David W. and that guy they call Gazza . And everyone of them told me the same thing. To get better at bending, bend and that's it. They also recomended doing all styles and it will help your overall performance in the style you use. Hope that helps some.
