Bigdeze
Hopefully you take a better approach to your training than you do your posting since this is the equipment selling forum. LOL All kidding aside, repost your question in the main gripboard forum and you should get some responses. Please provide some insight into what your training consisted of over the last 4 months so we can give constructive advice.
Sher
Here I was expecting "plateau, no progress, therefore selling grippers". Good luck - I'm sure you'll get some good advice to help you.

Cannon
hello, only at this gripper business 4 months. was making what i call progress, then all of a sudden, none, like a standstill. any advice is appreciated. thanks. I just think you need a reality check. If you've only been at this 4 mos, that means the longest your plateau could be is 4 mos. That's nothing. I've had the same goal gripper for about the past 18 months. Hubgeezer here on the board first closed the #3 after 8 years of consistent, hard work. At any rate, if you've been doing the same thing for 4 mos and not getting any more results---like any other training---change something Good luck! Stew
Everyone plateau's from time to time whether it be grip, powerlifting, strongman or any other sport I suspect. The way I deal with it personally is to change what I'm doing ie if I'm training low reps (3 or 5) then I change to 8- 10 reps for a couple of weeks, if I'm training high reps I switch to low reps. In short do something different to break the cycle. Then after a few weeks come back to your regular program and start again a level or 2 below where you plateau'd, increase up slowly over a few weeks to where you were and the odds are you will just go straight past where you last got stuck until you hit a new plateau. obviously at a higher level things are a bit more complex but after just 4 months of training I would say that should work for you pretty well.
