Malice
I finally got around to making a vid for closing the 2.5. I tried about 15 times before finally moving into the bathroom for adequate lighting. I guess future gripper vids will all be done in the crapper

rookie
Nice strong close .That looked to easy. How close are you to closing the #3.
Malice
Thanks guys! I still get a bit excited every time I close the 2.5 cuz that thing dogged for about 3 months after I closed the #2. Even the #3 is moving along faster so far than that thing did. Rickns...with a choker I'm about 1/16" from closing the #3 and MMS with my hands a bit tired I got to within 1/8" on all attempts today and that's after about 15 closes on the 2.5 trying to get the right lighting and angle for the vid. Still a ways to go but I'm seeing an improvement every gripper workout right now so this baby is going down soon!
gumpster
The speed of your close made it look easy - great job! Keep at it and the 3 will fall.

Cannon
Bathroom is excellent for gripper videos! Pat Gansel shot a #4 close in the crapper. That looked easy for you!
Autolupus
Nice work, just a pointer, when you decide to go for the MM0 you will have to show the set. As you're progressing now it'd also be helpful to practice recording some closes, so by the time you're ready, your vids'll be spot on too. I'm going to grab one of the super easy grippers and practice doing vids so I won't have to do so many to get a decent one in the future. I about killed my hands just to get this one. IROC-Z
Nice job! Looked real easy for you. Time to get a BBSM.
Malice
Nice job! Looked real easy for you. Time to get a BBSM. I have a Thor SM that I can smash pretty good right now. I'll get it on vid soon. I actually closed the SM before I was able to close the 2.5. The first time I closed the SM was at the gym after doing a bunch of deadlifts with the Fat Gripz and one of the trainers who I'd sold a #2 CoC to asked if I had anything harder to close. I pulled out the SM and didn't actually expect to close it cuz I'd never done it before and my hands were smoked from deads but I not only smashed it easily but held it shut for close to 10 seconds. Then the next day I could barely close it so I guess deadlifts are good to do before a heavy gripper attempt too.
