David_wigren
When you fail to bend a piece of steel you are left with two options. Grow stronger or go for a weaker piece of steel. I went for the weaker steel. I was determined to get this one done. At 0.55 you can hear a clicking noise, that is the ends of the bar touching. Or bones in my palm breaking, I can never tell which haha

Six Barrel Shotgun
Fantastic David! My guess is you have a great pain tolerance level and psyche to pull this of? I sometimes think it hurts to to bend in bending pads But then again I havent yet been doing very much bending, yet. So this is very inspiring, even for me to just start to bend more in pads. What I can say from my little experience with bending?.. Whats more fun then mashing steel? Not much.. Great job! Great to see an Örebroare dominating here on gripboard! David_wigren
Thanks guys. Hopefully this means that I'll at least be able to take down the 210lbs calibrated bar from Mike K on its way here. This is of course something I've developed for years. It takes time but bending is perhaps the most rewarding way of training. Where do you work out, if you work out? I used to be a regular at ÖKK a few years ago. I plan on making a "comeback" in a week or two. Just need to wait out a few back issues first. But i have "tried" ÖKK and imo its definitely the best gym (i dont know if thats the correct word in english..) in Örebro. Good luck with your comeback
