Using Gloves On The 2hp (euro Pinch) Lift. My Vid.

I did my 2HP (euro pinch) workout tonight with gloves on. I had heard this was more challenging so i thought i would give it a try this was my last lift of the night I got 195# with the gloves.

I was wondering how many of you guys have tried this way of training and how far you got with it?

My total workout with the gloves was: 120x5, 145x5, 155x5, 165x5, 180x5, 190x5, and 195xNL, 195x1.

I think my best with gloves on mine is about 140# when I was pulling around 235 without. my gloves are pretty slick though and I pinch on a non chalked area.

I did try without chalk in the beginning but I was sweating so bad because of the humidity I really didn't give it much effort, plus I wasent sure how you guys do the gloves on lift anyway. So I'm not sure how far id have gotten.

What's your current max w/o gloves???

I haven't went for a max since the CGC. I did 223 there I'm pretty sure. I'm actually picking back up on my 5x5 that I had left off from when I was trying to train for that comp. I had only got to the first week since I was slackin on my training at the time.
