I had heard this was more challenging so i thought i would give it a try this was my last lift of the night I got 195# with the gloves. I was wondering how many of you guys have tried this way of training and how far you got with it? I haven't went for a max since the CGC. I did 223 there I'm pretty sure. I'm actually picking back up on my 5x5 that I had left off from when I was trying to train for that comp.
