Mun Posted June 20, 2010 Share Posted June 20, 2010 I was using a homemade bomb today and I just wanted to hear some opinions on what type of grip the bomb works? i personally was thinking that it works pinching grip because the thumb does play a big role, but also crushing power does come into play as well so I'm not really sure, would love to hear everyones opinion on what it works. 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
climber511 Posted June 20, 2010 Share Posted June 20, 2010 Every time I do it - I get very sore deep in the middle of my forearm and my middle finger takes a beating.
