naturalstrength
This is my first time unbraced bending since 2009. This is just to help motivate my lazy, sloathful self Nothing too difficult...grade 5 JH bolt, 4x4 leathers, and a 165# Atlas stone.
cwdutton
Crazy Carl! Can't imagine trying that without any leverage! Especially on a day that had 65+% humidity in Florida(and inside a garage). I hope you stick with it, you do some crazy stuff!

naturalstrength
Thanks guys! I have been feeling great the past week or so, and I am trying to do a little here and there to keep the momentum flowing.
naturalstrength
Awesome feat Carl! Where did you get the stone if you don't mind me asking. Thanks. Thanks Andy! I have an Atlas Stone mold I made it from. It's not a massive stone in terms of weight, but I still use it randomly just to mix things up!
