Been some time I've been on here, went on(and still am) a bending spree lately! Haven't done much grip work of late, I'm going to incorporate more kettlebell work also and maybe delete bench from my routine. Anyway, here goes from today:

Kettlebell work with 20kg(44lb) bell:

Tons of swings,snatches,cleans

Bent a few 6x5/16" g2 hex bolts today also. Never tried one, so wrapped one up, killed it, went to edit the video, and.....DELETED IT!! By accident of course, but was pretty livid! Anyway, decided to hit the other one right after and VIOLA.......

Thanks Manthos! I was surprised those 60d nails went down that easy. A month ago they were a bit harder... The WD is Brutal, but worth every penny!! Saves a lot of money on not having to buy steel to bend :rock

2 60d nails(8.3 seconds each)

1 6x1/4" 0-1 Drillrod (28 seconds)

1 6x17/64" 0-1 Drillrod(this piece was nasty) Probably cal'd around 350+, so real happy I got it!(51 seconds as the imp's slipped)

Sure Manthos: a 60d nail is 6x1/4". Just like with grippers, steel can vary. 60d nails can vary from low 200's-315lbs+. Glad to see you got started with it buddy! Just take your time and don't do too much at the beginning! I made that mistake and got hurt :whistel

So 6" that means 15.2cm and 1/4" is 6.35mm... Thanks for the info Chris!

Monday:

Did 63 Kettlebell Snatches! That's a PR for me using the 20kg bell. A few swings mixed in and some presses and cleans. These things are so tough!! Makes you realize how bad your cardio endurance is quickly!

Wdnesday: Hit the WD and some no set closes with the BBM 5/8" handles. My gripper strength is coming back a little, probably need to work harder at it, but right now it's a bit boring..... Felt good to no set that bbm though!
