Close with both hands then let go with one and fight it. by the time I get to single #6 and beyond there's no holding it the last couple inches and it pretty much slams down but in the narrow range I can hold it pretty well...for a while hahaha. Malice Posted June 14, 2010 Author Share Posted June 14, 2010 Last night was another TTK workout and I tried using a pinch style grip instead of the grip I saw Kinney use on the video and had to drop down to 15 lbs. I like this grip better though since I feel it'll help more with my wide pinch and lifting the blob. Either way I'm really liking the TTK.
