Steve B.
I attended a highland games clinic last weekend. At the end of the clinic they had a wrist roll contest for time, arms out shoulder level, roll from the groung to roller touching hook on the weight pin. Only 15lbs plus a 3 1/2 lb pin. Pretty hard for most. I ended up winning with a roll of 5.9 seconds out of ten guys. I did have an advantage being familiar with a wrist roller as many contestants didn't. Thank you grip board for enlighting me on all aspects of grip.

So all the guys were highland games competitors that all lift weight in one form or another. By the way i live right next to HB in Westminster.
