EricMilfeld
That was an incredible feat to witness! Both Mike and David (Walrus) are great armwrestlers, and like I told Mike, I'm afraid we may need to amputate my right arm. I'm kind of anxious to to learn some actual technique now. blueviper42
I got chumped by Paul on the table! Too strong for me. Him and Michael was actually a good match. I think they called it a draw or something. Paul would be a great arm wrestler! Eric was really strong too. The grip stuff made me want to get back in gear training for grip feats. I'm going to get back on grippers and start blob lifting. Paul lent me a 40 lb blob that I'm going to start training with. Also going to start back with the rolling thunder dead lifts.

I agree, Paul would be a tremendous arm wrestler as would Eric also. I think with training Paul would be a hooker from hell. Eric with his build would be a dominate top roller IMO. One thing about going to Eric's Garage you always leave with a little more knowledge than you came with. I've learned TONS from Eric and Paul both. Both are superb athletes and very knowledgable about what they are doing.

Ivarboneless
Thanks a lot guys I'll take this moment to shamelessly promote my workout log Boneless' Bodyweight Training It was a great time training with everyone! If you are ever in the area MAKE SURE to PM one of those guys and go train. It's a great time and you'll learn a lot. I had a pretty good day: hub 45 either hand, CLOSED A #3 both hands, 2hp bodyweight, and RT bodyweight both hands....not to mention the one arm chin Never touched a hub, 2nd time on RT and never a legit 2HP setup. Arturo: I can do it thumb on either side, but this was thumb on same side as fingers (thumbless) Chilliman: I'm good for some WOARTC my back has been injured, so I didn't want to push it. In fact Paul had to push me a bit to get me to do this at all. Thanks again guys!! I've been working hard and it's nice to see some returns...especially all in one day!
