stevey7 Posted May 20, 2010 Share Posted May 20, 2010 Tuesday warm up on sw 10 sets on sw 70 pounds on 2.1 ratio length arm with filed top handle. 7 sets of dynamic thumbs with homemade TK Friday warm up on light gripper 2-3 attemps of #3 6 sets of severe negs with #4 1 over crush with #2.5 7 sets of dynamic thumbs Thats my grip workout for the week sometimes i throw in some heavy wristcurls depends on my recovery.
