Mun
I had a question regarding pinch blocks, I made two of them, ones 2 X 4 the other is 1.5 X 4, which one would you recommend is better for using? I made them for doing plate curls and plate wrist curls, I'm not positive but I would imagine the 2 X 4 would be slightly more difficult? anyone offer a little advice? Thanks
Lol999
Depemds how big your hand is. I have a 2x4 block and that fits nicely with the 2hp width I use of 48mm, but the best bet would be to mix it up. That way you work your hand through all ranges and can only benefit from it.
Mun
Ya I've got 7" hands but I wanted to get use to the 48mm width
Lol999
The stick with the 2x4. However, don't forget you can choose pretty much any width you want on the 2hp so don't let a popular thickness limit your capabilities if you need to use a different one.
