Mun
Whenever I do reverse wrist curls i can never go to total failure because i find my thumb gives out b4 my forearm does, does anyone have a remedy for this, and also I read on some sites that my problem is common and they have built machines to counter this. What do you guys think of this device http://www.fractionalplates.com/cgi-bin/edatcat/PDAstore.cgi?user_action=detail&catalogno=9.
Bob Lipinski
A device like the one you listed (in general) is the best possible way to train reverse wrist curls, by far. At least in my experience. No comparison to the barbell exercise.
