rico300zx
The "secret weapon" has been availiable now for sometime. Many have bought one from a sponser or one another member, or even made one. Would anyone care to comment on any solid results? For gripper crossover, other lifts or even holding more max weight on the secret weapon itself. -Parris

tselegala
Hi Parris, it yields pretty much the same results as any negatives do it's just easier to do negs with it than heavier grippers. I believe it has as much carryover to other lifts as grippers do. I started using it more seriously as of late and my progress seems pretty good so far. I was training with 45 lbs at first and now i'm close to 55 lbs with a 3.5:1 ratio but the weight opens the hand up pretty quickly.
