Mun
I was considering buying the ironhorse blobette from PDA because i find being able to adjust the weight slowly will greatly help in progessing eventually to 50lbs (right now im not able to do even 30lbs). Could someone give me any reasons why i would get the blob50 over the blobette? are there any downsides to buying a blobette? Thanks. Mun
Buy a Blob50, trust me. You can use it in a de-loader, you can do negatives with it, the fastest way to lift one is to train with one. I lifted mine 3 months after getting it. There really is no other way. You need one to train with IMO. Cool, I have a question, what do you mean by use it in a de-loader? i thought blobette would be helpful being able to adjust the weight, because the 50lb blob feels like its glued to the floor, theres no budge in it whatsoever. Mun
ohh ok, i just saw pics of a deloader, pretty cool actually. Do you know if the surface differs from the blob50 and the blobette or are they pretty well near the same? Is one more slippery then the other? Malice
I agree with getting the Blob50 and using a deloader. I also do 2 hand lifts with the Blob50 with additional weight taped on it. I got a 45 lb blob just before I got the Blob50 and the 45 is quite a bit narrower than the 50.
