Bend 1/4 X 7" CRS in single IM wrap reverse style.

Get into gripping.

Bend 1/4" X 7" G2 Barehanded.

Bend G5s Reverse. (thiny wrapped)

Close grip benches would carry over, as well.

For stronger, plenty of front levers

For better, play with a dish towel and get used to applying force in opposite directions simultaneously, vs. posting with one arm. Ben gave me this tip. The other huge thing is experiment with the wraps; thickness, position on the bar, etc.. For a competition setting, where the purpose is to win, you want to find your optimal spot where you can turn it into away from the body folding/DO.

Thanks alot guys!! :)

What i found out couple of days ago, is that i really cant posting with one arm. I find it much better to apply force in opposite directions.
