sportsstar469 Posted June 28, 2009 Share Posted June 28, 2009 (edited) dont know if this section is only for grip training logs. but i do power lifting mon/wed/fri and i havent been doing grip specific work yet but ill do that on Wednesdays with my power lifting. i will be posting videos all of my workouts though so stay tuned. Wednesday will be the first day i post grip work. im going for 2 35s on pinch and 3 reps of my coc 2.5 gripper no set not even a credit card set just a full closed.
