Thumb Extensor

i have a question: as far as i know, most of you guys train your finger extensor with rubberband. i have tried this, but i dont really like the exercise, so ive been training with a bucket of sand or against the resistance of my other hand to train the extensor. Ive been doing circles with my thumb in both direction and just opening up from a "fist".

i dont really feel this is enough for the thumb extensor.

what do you do? are there any other exercises to train the extensor?

ok, thx for the fast reply. i think i have to try them again.

if i rethink, that was actually the reason why i stopped using rubberbands because i thought its difficult to hit the fingers extensors right.
