himbeer
i have a question: as far as i know, most of you guys train your finger extensor with rubberband. i have tried this, but i dont really like the exercise, so ive been training with a bucket of sand or against the resistance of my other hand to train the extensor. Ive been doing circles with my thumb in both direction and just opening up from a "fist". i dont really feel this is enough for the thumb extensor. what do you do? are there any other exercises to train the extensor? thx for any kind of tipps
Benedikt Farsmann
A big disadvantage of Ironmind's Outer-Limit-Loops is that they primarily hit the thumb extensors. Try them Quote *Gripper ratings Hands: L/R breadth: 9/9cm length: 18.5/18.5cm circumference: 22/22,5cm Hand size chart
himbeer
ok, thx for the fast reply. i think i have to try them again. if i rethink, that was actually the reason why i stopped using rubberbands because i thought its difficult to hit the fingers extensors right. Benedikt Farsmann
I like OLL lifts but I think rubberbands are the best choice when it comes to finger extensor work.
