ChrisJames
Started to do four finger deadlifts on Olympic bar(two fingers of each hand). I follow Goerners routine an then when i can't go any further i wrap Eagle loops on bar and continue. So far i have worked up to 240 kg on bar grip an 320 kg on Eagle loops , all lifts from the floor. I recomend this exercise , if its good enough for Goerner !!! , and it gives adeep down to the bone feeling on the forearms. My y goals for this year are 272.5 kg with bar grip and 360 kg with Eagle loops. If you do this exercise already please tell me any feed back you've had off this exercise. lifesnotfair
Your strength is unbelievable!! Just for clarification: the 240kg is done with middle and ring finger? Or middle and index? And I obviously assume mixed grip. Wow you must be close to some records.

CoC#3
I played around with the eagle loops deadlifts a few years back - i think i did 260kg with 2 fingers of each hand. My best deadlift on an oly bar with 2 fingers of each hand (middle and ring) - not using a mixed grip - is 170kg. I haven't triedany finger lifting of any sort for about 2-3 years though. 240kg is a massive deadlift like that mate great work.
Klicks
I've messed around with this lift a little. In January I deadlifted 600 with eagle loops. I plan to try again in july.

Saris
Excellent lifting Klicks. I think the world record (without those loops) is 270 kilos, set by Goerner in 1926 or -27.
