My Rafter Chin

see my rafter chin

Ok, so it isn't the most beautiful ever and the lighting is pretty poor, but it was the best picture i could get. It took four tries to get a picture where my feet and hands were both in the picture to show that i wasn't just standing on something. Also...though it's hard to tell, the rafter i'm using is about 1.5" thick and my left hand is actually pinching it with flat fingers whereas my right hand is slightly curled and sort of clutching it.

Also, here's a picture of me pulling 500# at 142# b.w.! with straps :blush:cry yeah, i know i shouldn't use straps...hopefully i'll make this pull without them soon, but i'm still ~20# off.

My MSN

And doing reps with an additional 115# for chins (a 5# bar with a 25# and 3 10# plates on each side) :happy

My MSN

and yeah...i'm having a load of fun with the little smiley faces

a 500 dead at 142 lbs is good. And the additional 115 on your chins cool too.

How old are you?

I can't get on their either. MSN starts hawking you to "sign up" for a .net account, otherwise you can't view the files. :ninja
