I pm'd him a while ago on the NE board but have never been able to coordinate my schedule to practice with him and his team. I met him at the Brewskeez tourny a couple of weeks ago and he's supernice guy. If I get a Sunday off, I'm going to go pull with him and his team. If nothing else, I want one of his 314 Armsports t-shirts I gave him a pretty decent match lefty but considering I outweigh him by 50# and still lost I was less than thrilled. Your phrase of "bringing the bus" perfectly describes Jeremy. I was watching him set up with guys and he puts his elbow on the tip of the top far corner of the elbow pad and then just takes off. He almost runs out of pad, even with the additional runway He toprolled with me and we both lost our hands but I was stupid and held on with my thumb and capped index finger and eventually my front lever power gave out and he drug me down. I'm sure in a hook he would of flashed me.

bencrush
Dang Jason, great to see you back on man! You must be having some e-mail problems because I definitely sent you the info on the Mo Town Grip Down. I also know about your trials and I was thinking about you. 235lbs is insane! Glad to hear you're down that low. Holy hell that's only 15lbs heavier than me right now. Congrats on all the weight lost! Sorry we won't get to see you at the contest either! Another time for sure. There'll be another get together one of these days and we'll meet up.

It's certainly not as big a shelf as before but I can still pull it off. And Ben im sure you did but my access to a computer has been limited up till now I wish I could be there it be like a reunion let you guy's spank me on the armwerstling table! If I did'nt have my kid's I might still go but it would be way to long a day for them hearing the when are leaving every 5 min deal lol ! big nasty
hey man, you mind sharing how you got down that lean? i need to lose some weight i think lol Hey Chris sorry was'nt on the computer all weekend well as my friend Ben Edwards said the stripping helped alot lol but i done about 1 to 2 hours's of cardio a day for the last year plus all my regular weight training. Im not on some special crazy diet i just eat less I do eat lot's of protien chiken rice some steak. If you have a sweet tooth find alternative's that's my week point and I started really hitting my kettlebell's hard I do a routine at lunch almost every day for added cardio and strength I highly recomend kettlebell's plus you can wow your friend's and family when you start doing flip's and trick's! Well good luck Chris it's a big commentment one more thing you have to get around is if I lose weight all lose all my power you will lose some but trust me your wife or girl friend will like the stamina you get from it lol !!!!!!!!
