Hey folks.

Lately I made a bunch of grip tools. I thought id share them with you. Im no welder and the tools are very basic in build, but they are getting the job done.

There is a homemade Gap Strap made from an old Boxing hand wrap.

A pair of Pinch Blocks, that are 50mm and 35mm thick. There is also a spring collar and a pony clamp that I use for thumb pinches. The big clamp I dont really use, its not as strong as I thought it would be.

Thats my Wrist Roller, leverage bar, which is 18 inches long. And a plank with a nail through for plate curls. Got that idea from a diesel crew article.

Thats a finger board. It works on the same concept as the ironmind eagle loops.

Here is a Twist Yo Wrist style wrist roller I made from PVC pipe.

grip8hub.th.jpg

Thats a hub made from a hockey puck. Its not too good to be honest, it was a street hockey puck, meaning it is like a hollow rubber, so I had to use a bunch of large washers to make it more stable. I doubt it would lift 45lbs otherwise (im a long way off a 45lb hub lift though).

Thats one application yeah, Ive used it for static holds and deadlifts with just the tips of the fingers to hold on to the weight. I also attached it to a tie down strap and used it for one arm body rows, wow that was a good workout :)
