This was meant to be an inspirational video for the members of the Gripboard attempting/working on their red nail certification(Particularly Matt, Darin, and Hugo-and all the others). It kind of lost it's inspiration :blush:blush :blush on the fifth and final red nail(actually the seventh in a row) but nontheless here it is.

thanks a lot for this!

i am not training in IM wraps now ... bend on national piece of 8 mm(5/16") using Im wraps but i dont like them yet! damm .. they hurt my index and my mind ... i will try the cert this year though:-)

its allowed to fold the im wraps in 4(to get the red nail cert)?
