Digdogz Posted April 16, 2009 Posted April 16, 2009 (edited) Hey all Old and New, Have been dipping back into the GripBoard for a few weeks. Checked my membership and it seems that it was 7 long years ago I came upon this site and took advice on closing the CoC#1! Well now that particular gripper is as much as dust these days and it was just to say that despite London Life, Tennis Elbow and other periodic injuries/time off, I have now, just this last weekend shut the HG300! I was stuck on the RB240N for sooooo long it was painfull. Some time off Grippers and inch dumbell training has seemingly made the difference. To all you newbies, Stick at it! To all the old guys, thanks for the advice. May the Gripboard Live Forever! Now onto the sticky CoC#2.5 I just got through the post, if I tried to work out the reasons behind why some grippers ARE just harder/easier, I'd just be starting a topic like the newbie I was... Cheers all. Dogz Edited April 16, 2009 by Digdogz Quote Ever since I was a child I have had this instinctive urge for expansion and growth.
