i will start to post again what i have been doing lately.

In the past my goal was to close the #3 and become mm0 ... i failed , and got stucked for 8 months (1 mm from the close) ...suddently i realize i should try bending ... thanks God i did it!

Bending guys are among the best guys i ever meet , and i am happy to be a part of this family("brothers of steel"!)

i dont have any goal now ... one of reason i started bending its to overcome the fear to bend one BIG bar and to become mentaly MUCH stronger than i am today.

SATURDAY:

Warm up : coulple of 6 mm bars (around 60 d nail level) single wraps.

one month ago i wobbled one 7" Edgin(triangule) ,i think i did this (only) because my mind beat me in that period.

I gave all i had and moved the bar to 4.75" betwen the legs; very happy with this! it took me 12-15 hits not sure and around 30-40 mn.

My crush its my weakest point , its time to become the strongest! ;)

SUNDAY:

Warm -up

cut some wood for my friend using on 8 lbs sledgehammer:-)

7 mm x 7" crs , 7 mmx6" crs, 7 mm x5.5" crs (single wraps): 7 mm crs its very close to g5.

Last month failed the shiny (got it to 80 deg ) ... today my chest was sore but i didnt care . Moved it 6 degress ONLY(and around 10 hits)! felt bad about this but this is good to improve my desire to crush more stuff.

Bend to 1.75" one hard brass bar i got stucked at 2 1/4 " 2 days ago ... (8.5 mm x 17.5 cm/7") i received it from Joonas aka tja ; thanks mate! these are great training tools!

Cut one hard brass to 6.5" and tried to reach 90 deg (my goal)wich i did after 4-5 HEAVY hits.

I agree with Joonas; at 7" they are slightly harder than the bastard but around the huge bastard in the crush.

MONDAY

I am interest to improve my crush but i go by feel (always) ... yesterday i was felling really excited about to bend the 7.5" edgin so i give it a try today ...

EDGIN 7.5" (Not the triangule, "JH" on the head of the bolt)

Few attempts ; couldnt put it properly under my chin !!! 3 attempts nothing!felt bad about this ... i dont think its because lack of strenght (bend the 7" edgin to 4.75" last time), probably lack of flexibility??

5/16"x7" GRADE 2 BOLT "307 A WX from Doug ... very nice! around to 5-10 mn to finish it . Kink /sweep slightly easier than the Edgin with the same size(thats what i think but i may be wrong ...) First time i did the "square technique" Foxman told me to do (hold the bar like one square and crush it! this time i got the felling! much easier this way!!!

HARD GRY G2 FROM PERRY: just a couple of seconds , could have take it down in 30 sec if i was not using fat pads. took one video :

8 MM (5/16")x7" STAINLESS STEEL FROM MY STOCK: around shiny level, probably harder in the crush): i was expecting to find more troubles here ...easy as the shiny till 85 deg ... thats when it got frozen ... got it at 4 1/4". i have a good crush piece here!

definitely a lack of flexibility on the edgin. If you havent already, start doing those shoulder dislocates. They have done wonders for my flexibility.

Keep working that crush! Im going to bug you about it until you finish off a shiny ;). isos isos and more isos. Get to it :rock

THANKS Caolan! PLEASE bug me more often!heheh (jk).

WENESDAY

EDGIN 7.5" - Finally got it properly under my chin! kink and sweep were hard but went to 90deg in 3 mn or so. Because my crush its my weakness i took + 15 mn to get it under 2".

5/16"x6" G2 (F593) from DOUG - piece of cake till 90/80 deg ...i think this bolt have some skind of stainless steel (5 mn more to finish).

SATURDAY.

2 days with lack sleep but i dont give a fu#%$$$"...

5/16"x7" CRS from DARIN - he said its harder than the bastard and i agree! 1-2 minutes to finish.

EDGIN 7" (TRIANGULE) - a new one! lol! i thought i could bend it to the end ... i was with lack stamina ...put my watch and did a couple attempts during 20 mn ...last time i used one wobbled edgin! got it to 115 deg (got shit ...lol) not very happy but that was the best i could have done.

BRUTAL HEXABASTARD (wobbled it last time) ...10 minutes and Nothing! i know this need some technique i will eventually get it down because i know its easier than the Edgin.

TUESDAY

(Bad idea to train my crush again ; did the the shiny (4.75" to 2" YESTERDAY) ...)

(Pecs feel very sore but i didnt give up: should have done KINK training ONLY)

5.5" square (need to cut the end of my wraps) COMPLETY of-center

7" Edgin (triangule) This is my 2nd Edgin (from 115deg ... probably nothing after 10 mn) this is due to be sore from my pec. need to take 2 days off. Maybe will crush again monday or so.

nice job on that shiny Hugo!!!

definitely rest up at least a couple days man.

maybe try a volume day sometime soon like 100 60ds or something like that. It will definitely help out your bending stamina

FRYDAY

2 days rest , lack of energy again (bad sleep , whateaver...)

my goal was to kill the shiny bastard under 5 mn , but my crush its not fast and strong like i wanted.

got it to 85 deg in 4 hits(almost 2 mn) and then i lost my strenght (felt the stainless and i thought i was not strong enough for it);last time it took me 20 mn to finished the shiny from 4.75" to 2" ...still work to do! This was my last shiny ...lol ... i still have one huge bastard to try the cert.

Hard brass from Joonas(7") easy and strong till 85 deg (sticking point) then it was more 20 mn till i get it to 2.75"(not my best attempt , last time got it to 2 1/8" or so)

felt terrible and i thought to myself :"i need to start other bending styles again"

at this point i was tired but decided to do some Reverse(single wraps)

did 4 reverse bending (60 d nail) in 4 minutes

1 60 d nail at 5.5"(2 hits)

7 mm x 6.5" (just wobbled)

i need to start reverse again and forget about DO for a few days then cameback and beat my previous records!

i feel every time i do reverse bending, my DO becomes stronger

Thinking about doing DU this time ... NO way ! i am addicted to DO ...

ISO TRAINING

6" Edgin ("ty") WHAT? took it to 90 deg in 1-2 minutes(i had to stop because i was doing ISO training only)! my goal was to move it a LITTLE! this should be the easier 6" edgin available!

3/8 "HKT" 6" Bolt - very good felling ... gave it 6-8 attempts not sure if it moved!

Luuc:Thank you for your words! Currently have no shiny bastard (I get 1 or 2 however). My crush still needs work before it can be able to destroy the shiny before the 5 minutes!

Caolan: the edgin was quite easy (much easier than 7 "triangle) will be hard to crush? So even trying but what do you think?
