arande2 Posted April 10, 2009 Posted April 10, 2009 Why does width (not at the extremes) affect pinch? Leverage? Muscle used? Friction??? Just kinda wonderin' I didn't see anything about it, just that some were better with wide and some narrow, even between hands. Quote Goals currently not set --

Too wide is a problem; too thin is a problem; maximum pinch width potential is measured by measuring the base of the thumb to the base of the forefinger.
