dansweeney Posted April 10, 2009 Posted April 10, 2009 For all you reverse benders. My limiting factor for reverse seems to be the fatigue in my thumbs. Im wondering if other people had/have this problem, and if so how they trained to overcome it. I would like to get to where my wrists are the limiting factor, as they are much stronger than my thumbs. I am currently at 'hard" Grade 5 6" level, and my goal is a shiny and beyond, maybe brutal hex? Thanks in advance for any help and advice! Quote
climber511 Posted April 10, 2009 Posted April 10, 2009 Dan - the thumb I bend over hurts like crazy but doesn't fatigue per se - it's just where tha bar/pad puts pressure down on it. On my other hand - it doesn't seem to even stress my thumb much - can you put up a video - maybe it's a technique thing???
