Pete Thanks mate Yep what i was actually doing was isometrically tensing up then as i pushed down stabilise the wrists and try and pull up,also trying not to use explosive power just wrist/forearm torgue. During this and the other bends i actually felt week isometric wise probably due to not bending for awhile for me as well as lack of carbs just didnt feel like i had the spark? Quote "There he goes.
