Gazza that was incredible, loved the way it seemed to me that your shoulders where sort of leading the push down through the bar, and your forearms look awesome mate!!

Thanks mate Yep what i was actually doing was isometrically tensing up then as i pushed down stabilise the wrists and try and pull up,also trying not to use explosive power just wrist/forearm torgue.

During this and the other bends i actually felt week isometric wise probably due to not bending for awhile for me as well as lack of carbs just didnt feel like i had the spark?
