strict 25lb plate curl for 3 reps. Probably was good for more but I did it after my hands were already exhausted from my normal workout and grip workout.

Depends, how tall are you and how much do you weigh?

What was your grip workout?

I cant really tell you if its good or not because when i first started i could already rep the 25, and i hear for some people its hard so i dont know.

yeah the answers you get will vary, good compared to who? or who's standards? in my opinion its a good lift. keep it up.

Yeah I've been doing these for a little while now and there are prolly quite a few people who cant do strict reps with a 25. So in my opinion its a good lift. Keep at it and really bust your butt with these and your gonna see some real nice strength gains in the old wrists.

2011 Goals:

Deadlift 600

OH DL 315 on Oly Bar

Close #3.5 on regular basis

Pinch 225 on euro

DO DL 415 on axle
