I cant really tell you if its good or not because when i first started i could already rep the 25, and i hear for some people its hard so i dont know. Quote

BigJan85 Posted April 3, 2009 Posted April 3, 2009 Yeah I've been doing these for a little while now and there are prolly quite a few people who cant do strict reps with a 25. So in my opinion its a good lift. Keep at it and really bust your butt with these and your gonna see some real nice strength gains in the old wrists.
