takes the spin out of V-bar

2 inches thick

22.8 pounds

It has a freely rotating base that is firmly secure and does not come loose.

The bearings support more weight than will ever be picked up by any of us.

What is that awful "Hammering" sound in the video. Shoes in a dryer?

That would make an excellent loading pin as well, for Rolling thunder lifts as well. Nice creation.

I'd wanna test it loaded with a sub-maximal weight (say 80 of 1RM) but I love the thinking behind it and the skill that went into the making of it.

Guys, I can't set up shop without being a sponsor of the board, thanks for your interest, and bear with me. I respect what Wanna and the guys do for us, and don't want to disrespect them by ignoring the rules. Have patience with me and I hope to have the ability at some point to satisfy everyone involved while making sure to respect the guys that make this all possible.

thx for understanding.
