IROC-Z Posted March 17, 2009 Posted March 17, 2009 Excellent RT work there! Forearms look like tree trunks! Quote Todd Coenen
odin Posted March 17, 2009 Posted March 17, 2009 Nice lifting Steve! I guess you "titlebashed" that poor fellow who posted his comparatively pedestrian 8 reps. Quote Spoiler Bob Sundin 5'11 and 162 lbs. https://m.youtube.com/channel/UC7AZdUkf0aEDB3ET4UhU3Bg/videos

mobsterone Posted March 18, 2009 Author Posted March 18, 2009 Be warned. It put me back two days on the 2 hand pinch training I'd wanted to do in the hour afterwards and my forearms (esp the right) flexors were 'deep fried' down to the bone for 2-3 days. I did like the record setting / challenge as it were (by the way - those with an eye to do so - feel free to have a crack at beating it) but by god it was hard work. I'll be keeping the record setting to a minimum between now and the upcoming competitions. Quote Steve Gardener, British 2006/2008/2009/2010 champ, 117.5kg 2HP, Euro 2008 & 2010 champ
