meelhama Posted March 16, 2009 Posted March 16, 2009 Nice work Frank You need to come out to Jedd's some weekend and try the Inch. Generally, what is the corrolation between inch and RT. I know it's not 1:1. If you can pull 200lbs RT, can you generally lift the inch? Hubgeezer Posted March 17, 2009 Posted March 17, 2009 Nice work Frank You need to come out to Jedd's some weekend and try the Inch. Generally, what is the corrolation between inch and RT. I know it's not 1:1. If you can pull 200lbs RT, can you generally lift the inch? It varies tremendously. The range seems to be 190-230 on the "old style" RT. Quote
meelhama Posted March 17, 2009 Posted March 17, 2009 Thanks Hubgeezer. Magnus, that is a fantastic pull. The RT is difficult to progress on. Can you give us an idea of your progression? Magnus Posted March 17, 2009 Author Posted March 17, 2009 Thanks Hubgeezer.Magnus, that is a fantastic pull. The RT is difficult to progress on. Can you give us an idea of your progression? Where did you start and how much have you been pulling this past year/months? Thanks! This past summer I started pulling around 150ish on it, but it's been on-and-off since then. It seems to have taken off after I've been hitting grippers and pinch again. I'm going to try the 15-rep routine soon and see what happens with that.
