Just pulled this tonight:

May be dark. It was nice and light until it went on youtube. It's fine on our one computer but gets dark on the laptop, so...

I'll have to make a better one if nobody can see it :D

Generally, what is the corrolation between inch and RT. I know it's not 1:1. If you can pull 200lbs RT, can you generally lift the inch?

- Hold two 45 Hamptons with Hub Grip to full extension, simultaneously both sides

- Hub grip 45 Hampton with 10 extra pounds ( 4 - 2 1/2s) on each hand to full extension

It varies tremendously. The range seems to be 190-230 on the "old style" RT.

Magnus, that is a fantastic pull. The RT is difficult to progress on. Can you give us an idea of your progression? Where did you start and how much have you been pulling this past year/months?

Magnus, that is a fantastic pull. The RT is difficult to progress on. Can you give us an idea of your progression? Where did you start and how much have you been pulling this past year/months?

Thanks! This past summer I started pulling around 150ish on it, but it's been on-and-off since then. It seems to have taken off after I've

been hitting grippers and pinch again. I'm going to try the 15-rep routine soon and see what happens with that.
