Adam Moyers Posted March 13, 2009 Posted March 13, 2009 This was the hardest piece I completed tonight. It was pretty easy. I got a 5"x1/4" G5 bolt to about 70-75 degrees before it froze. My left shoulder always hurts after bending, but my right shoulder feels good. I wonder why this happens? bencrush Posted March 13, 2009 Posted March 13, 2009 Very nice bend man! Now you've entered what I consider pretty serious bending territory. Quote

Bending is so much fun And for those that are really detail-oriented, you can keep yourself occupied forever with going after new PRs just by altering the style, pads, and steel type. You could bend twice a week for 20 years and never repeat the same workout if you wanted to. Quote
tja Posted March 13, 2009 Posted March 13, 2009 Congrats Do shoulder dislocates before and after bending, they are good. Quote

ewokhugo Posted March 13, 2009 Posted March 13, 2009 (edited) very impressive Adam! your kink technique its different now, much more effective!!! if u like squares i would try 6.5" or 6" next :-) i believe u failed with the shorth g5 because u are not used to 5" stock. your g8 bend proves u have the power to take down any shorth g5 bolt! i believe u have a good chance to bend one red if u try 7" stock more often! give it a try (its only matter to get used to the kink style)the sweep and crush would be easy for u! p.s i get the same felling after DO bend , working the shoulder (front/press) after bending training helps a lot.
