The Bomb From Fbbc

I have a few stones that I use sometimes as blockweights right now.. im wondering:

Can I use the bomb as my block weight training? Or is it too different from regular block weight training?

It can be used to complement blockweights but not to supplement them as they are very different lifts and require fairly different strengths.

Fixed.

I find that stuff like globs and bombs train the last 2 fingers pretty well, but if your goal is to lift bigger blockweights like the Blob, actual blockweight training is what's needed.

I don't have any block weights but jugding by the different shapes, I would say a bomb can't be a real alternative. It's just too different. If you don't have a bomb, get one! You can do so much with it!
