lloyd80s Posted March 9, 2009 Posted March 9, 2009 Hey! Some of you may already do this but for the people that have never tried it- I don't have a blob but I do enjoy some pinch work. Only problem I have is all of my pinch blocks are........well blocks, nothing rounded for variation. Well I tried a kettlebell pinch (by the ball end) in my last workout and it made a really cool tool for pinch. Adding weight can be done by adding 1kg disks to the handle end by a cord and you'll get a great progresive tool this way. Let me know if any of you try it. Quote IT'S ONLY A SPRING........

Durniat and Nick Rosendaul had a small KB, probably16kg or so, at GGC '08 as a medley object. They were seriously hard lifts(for me ) Quote Zach Coulter Goals #1- The Planche

andurniat Posted March 12, 2009 Posted March 12, 2009 Using the 16kg and 12kg kbells was how i trained to lift the blob for the first time. My best lift is 2 12kg bells tied together. Quote All You Have To Lose Is Your Weakness Durniat Strength 3065 East Lincoln Way Wooster, OH 44691
