I lift alone and have been doing so for years so I don't have anybody to critique my form. On the first two reps there was no knee bend/bounce/push, I called these two reps "strict", your thoughts. rudedawg Posted March 5, 2009 Posted March 5, 2009 Your hand spacing is a little narrow and I think you could make better long-term gains by moving your hands out by about a hand's width on each side. Your current form uses a lot of triceps, which is the weakest link in the movement. Either way, the first two reps were very strict and the last few were just good, strict "push presses". I think you've got some potential to make it up to a very impressive press poundage. Keep it up!! Quote
