This is not grip related at all so I'am not sure if this is the right place to post this or not. I lift alone and have been doing so for years so I don't have anybody to critique my form. On the first two reps there was no knee bend/bounce/push, I called these two reps "strict", your thoughts.

There seems to be no shortage of good music at your place man! There is a section called "Strength and Power" at the bottom of the forum, but here is as good as there, this topic will just get sent to the bottom of this forum faster here.

Not bad!!! What is your max strict press?

Judging from this and not having done it in awhile I would have to say 190-200 would be max while fresh.

Thanks bro.

Your hand spacing is a little narrow and I think you could make better long-term gains by moving your hands out by about a hand's width on each side. Your current form uses a lot of triceps, which is the weakest link in the movement.

Either way, the first two reps were very strict and the last few were just good, strict "push presses". I think you've got some potential to make it up to a very impressive press poundage.

Keep it up!! :rock

I agree with rudedawg with the wider hand spacing I prefer doing mine seated

and doing behind the neck I just started doing these again. The first 2 reps very good

keep up the strong work
