AdamTGlass Posted March 5, 2009 Posted March 5, 2009 I started this finger lifting foolishness a few weeks back. I was using a jack chain and switched to a ring. Tonight was my first 280lbs pull. I think if i push it more i could have hit 300 but i am not rushing too hard on this. I also got a lot of air under 200 on my RT after two long GS snatch sets and plate curls.
