I just stopped doing the 3/16" CRS as a warmup I don't touch it any more its to easy I am now doing G2 start off. It was kind of pain ful in the shop towel though so I may continue for pain!!

Not sure I enjoy doing reverse a lot I try it from time to time and just don't like the feel of it. But I do it some.
