David_wigren Posted February 28, 2009 Posted February 28, 2009 I'm picking up some harder shoes in a few days. But until then I've been working on the easier shoes and also the harder shoes Speed PR kerkheart ssp #3 Got it in around 12-13 seconds Also the AB 3/8x1" #6 is slowly dying. Right now I've got it at just past 90 http://www.gripboard.com/index.php?autocom...si&img=8550 Doing some short braced bending. Or really short braced bending. Already posted this pic a few days ago but I might aswell share it on the forum. 4" keystone spike or grey spike from FBBC http://www.gripboard.com/index.php?autocom...si&img=8527 Don't bother to ask how I kinkstuff that short, because I don't. I just take it in the leg crush position right from the start. I have plans on attacking a 9x1/2 HRS in a couple of weeks. This is just me training my leg crush in preperation for that peice. Quote

cberg Posted March 1, 2009 Posted March 1, 2009 dude those are some ridiculous feats of strength!!! Those horseshoes are massive . I especially like that 4'' spike bend . I have a perfectly unharmed 8'' spike sitting in my basement and its not from a lack of trying Quote Caolan Berg age: 21 height: 5'8 weight: 200

David_wigren Posted March 1, 2009 Author Posted March 1, 2009 Thank you everyone. I've been working hard on the shoes aswell with the short brace bending. And your support and compliments help me to keep at it. Thank you for that. You guys rock! Well I finaly got my new shoes Couldn't wait to try some of them and I was happy with the results. The problem with theese shoes are that beside from the "K" and shoesize number. They arn't marked with what they are, SN, WH and so fourth... Enoys me a little, but it might aswell be. For a lot of the kerkhaert shoes exist although the same brand and size, they might still come in different widths and thickness. The Kerkhaert SN is a good example. I've got a number 5 shoe that is 25x8mm and another SN shoe that is 25x10mm... huge difference. I think that a caliper would be important to have when video documenting anything above the Kerkhaert SSP. well here are the victims http://www.gripboard.com/index.php?autocom...si&img=8557 Most proud of this one http://www.gripboard.com/index.php?autocom...si&img=8558 (yes bending a horseshoe that is front clipped can be a pain in the a**) The horseshoe also did his work on me. Cut a peice off of my thumb http://www.gripboard.com/index.php?autocom...si&img=8559 I'll do a video with some of theese as soon as my thumb is healed up Quote

timiacobucci Posted March 13, 2009 Posted March 13, 2009 Damn David, those tiny spike pieces are nuts. I don't know how the hell you and Tim get that kind of crush power between your legs it's inhuman. Have you tried any scrolling like Tim does with the spikes or wrenches like Dennis? With those short short bends I bet you are strong enough now. I thought it was going to be a while before anyone was able to touch those scrolling feats but I think you could do it now. That wide 3/8" shoe is nuts, I mean the other shoe bends are nuts too, but getting ANYTHING at all out of that monster is really something. You got it going, it's just a matter of time now. Quote
