ewokhugo Posted February 27, 2009 Posted February 27, 2009 (edited) well i watched the videos (total "aniquilation") and i have something to say ... technique : amazing , stamina (crazy stuff) , mental aspect(100%). i am very proud of u Darin not because u became a great bender in such a shorth period of time but because u are still a great guy , humble and so on ... the golden bastard bend (your last) means a lot ... u are "numero uno"(in italian means "number one) ... so u deserve the GOLDEN medail for your tremendous performance! Fox would say " the shiny its offraid of u"! really!!! Darin COME ONE ! ... u can do much more ... one bastard and golden in 60 seconds each ? is this a joke or what? easyWeight Posted February 28, 2009 Author Posted February 28, 2009 (edited) Thanks to EVERYONE for your comments! I'm flying pretty high today. It was a good one for bending!! well i watched the videos (total "aniquilation") and i have something to say ...technique : amazing , stamina (crazy stuff) , mental aspect(100%). i am very proud of u Darin not because u became a great bender in such a shorth period of time but because u are still a great guy , humble and so on ... the golden bastard bend (your last) means a lot ... u are "numero uno"(in italian means "number one) ... so u deserve the GOLDEN medail for your tremendous performance! You need to stop flattering me otherwise you're going to give me a big ego , haha just kidding. A very nice start!I believe my first FBBC bends were 3/16" round Thanks Matt! Well, to be fair I've been bending a lot of smaller stuff before buying the FBBC stock, so all things considered, they're not my first bends :P But you know that It would be pretty insane if someone was to bend a Bastard their first time! Oh man,Intense bending Bro.That rocked.Way to get it done :rock you definitely got more in the tank bro. It looked like you bent the square on the flat to,not that it seemed to matter for you. Thanks Charles! Yes, it is pretty much on the flat. Dumb question, does that matter? Edited February 28, 2009 by easyWeight Quote der Bär My YouTube
BigTone Posted February 28, 2009 Posted February 28, 2009 awesome bends man! Couple of questions, What kind of wraps are those? They look almost black in the video, sorry if I missed you telling us. Secondly, are those pants the secret? Or is it just the strength of the irish? Quote Anthony (Tony) Z. 2009 Goals: #3 Red Nail Deadlift 500 lbs
gumpster Posted February 28, 2009 Posted February 28, 2009 Congrats on all the bends! You're progressing fast. I think you've got a good chance at taking a spot on one of the top 20 lists this year. easyWeight Posted February 28, 2009 Author Posted February 28, 2009 awesome bends man!Couple of questions, What kind of wraps are those? They look almost black in the video, sorry if I missed you telling us. Secondly, are those pants the secret? Or is it just the strength of the irish? They're just some thin suede (only about 1.5mm thick) I picked up at Hobby Lobby and they are black. It was the only color they had. Don't knock the pajama pants or I shall be forced to crush you Hahah, just kidding. Thanks man! Congrats on all the bends! You're progressing fast. I think you've got a good chance at taking a spot on one of the top 20 lists this year. Keep it up! Heh, I can only hope to make that list! Thanks Perry!! Quote der Bär My YouTube
crobb1320 Posted February 28, 2009 Posted February 28, 2009 Thanks Charles! Yes, it is pretty much on the flat. Dumb question, does that matter? From my experience the square is harder to bend on the flat versus corner. But like I said it didn't matter for you,You absolutely destroyed it anyway.
