"It would be simpler if they had two classes: open and handicapped. If you’re under 200 pounds, under 18 years old, over 50 years old, female, retarded, or missing any limbs, you have the option to compete in the handicapped class. Otherwise you lift in the open class."

I guessed 0.007 secs. Anyone closer?

Bit of a backhanded compliment for Rex there!

Yeah I will try to get a video sometime. To be honest this was not planned. I don't really train this way anymore because I feel tosses or around the back are much better for endurance. My wrists give out before my grip on farmers - almost like the joint starts to separate - not comfortable. Same type of problem for me doing the 100+ lifts last month - my back and hamstrings gave out before my grip so again not the best way for me to train for endurance.

I had planned to do a big blob + weight last night but could tell right away that it wasn't there based on how good I felt last week with 77 again and missed 80+. This week 70 for a few singles felt weak and I wanted to do something big before the Arnold so the farmers thing popped in my head. I paced off 60 feet and put an X on the floor with chalk and made a starting line. I went to the X and turned around 180 degrees to the start and just about made it before my wrists gave up. I measured out the distance and it was 58'4" to my X and I ended up 9'6" short of my start - so a total of 107'2" with one turn.

Thanks everyone and hopefully see some of you guys at the Arnold next week.

You are the man, Wade!

"Blob like implements"? What a tit.

There is a natural order. The way things are meant to be. An order that says the good guys always win, that you die when it's your time or when you have it coming, that the ending is always happy-if only for someone else.

Great to see to grip guys going back and forth, both congratulating each other on an excellent effort.
