Jaz
My upward levering ability and upward wrist curls are IMO very weak, at least compared to my curling ability. I was thinking of purchasing a formulator or the pegasus 2, (as the formulator isnt sold anymore) and using it for wrist work. Has anyone tried it? Is it as good as people say? I use plate curls for my forearm belly, but i cant do upward curls like that. Some heavy formulator/pegasus work would be a nice change for the belly work as well. Jaz
Also, i was looking at some of the grip records, under levering it was 20lb, is that a like slim style from the forhead with the arm straight out in from of you, or just brute upward levering strength from the floor while standing (or slim style with elbow on the ground)? Mlstrass
I prefer the Formulator for extensor work and Peg for flexor work, but I do lighter sets of 15 reps. Never tried going heavy and wouldn't try it for extensors as the injury potential seems too great...

I own a Pegasus and love it. Although I do think its better for belly work. I also have fat wrist roller from FBBC that I use at shoulder level that gives one hell of a burn
