Paul Knight
Finally did this on video - still took longer than I was hoping for, but thats OK - I learned alot from this last bend - (FYI - a few bad words in the vid, turn the volume down if your kids are around - you can barely hear them really ) Anyways - these shoes are hard to heart! have a couple of bruises on my legs from this one, but what hurts the most are my palms - ask Zach! St. Croix #3 Lite Plain - Enjoy ........ ~10min.
Tim71
Paul, Would you mind slowing down a little bit to let the rest of us catch our breath? Another stellar performance. Tim

vikingsrule92
That was a psycho bend Paul!!!! So is there anything you're not ridiculously amazing at? You've mastered shoes, grippers, DO, braced, reverse, DU. I'm waiting for something, anything, to slow you down just slightly.

He should try the Mighty Atom plane feat if he can do that.

In his hair?! what do you mean He bent one at the AOBS dinner with his hair and broke #8 jack chain as well I still don't know how to bend a shoe with hair - Got a link to a vid? Well somehow Rider has hijacked this thread Anyway, The Mighty Atom had some type of comb device that was put in his hair and rolled or something to "lock" it in. He then pulled with his head to bend things. I can only assume that this is the same way that Rider bent the #3 and broke the chain. Whoever went and saw the strength show could enlighten us. I just realized I did not congradulate you Paul, CONGRATS!!! I can garauntee you 100% and bet my lifesavings I could not do that even when I was at my strongest in the shoes. Watching you kill the 80d's like you do with the thigh crush and then seeing you struggle with this tells me one thing, whomever hearts a #3 Lite Plain will slaughter any 80d's they come into contact with. I'm a puss, it just hurts too damn bad

timiacobucci
Paul that is nuts. I think I could get this shoe to 180, I don't have one to try just yet, but no way past that. You are so composed towards the end too. "Oops" and "well damn". I would have been growling and yelling and swearing up a storm, you are just like "oops". Also that stuff about Chris Rider sounds awesome. I would love to find out more about those feats. And especially if there are videos of them available anywhere or if they are going to be. Zack, Tim I, Eric, Fox, Nick? Then I picked the right one yesterday (rimmed) I just realized that I have both of them at home so I had to pick one to try next. Since the rimmed looked easier I decided to go with that, and it was quite a fight. So that makes this bend of yours even more impressive!
