It felt like I moved it the most when I DO'd it. Both the knee and thigh kink sucked. Although I did move it on the knee kink.

thank you Paul and Mike

Thank you guys!

The KOAB's are still safe from me. I've done very little damage to them. And I don't think I'm gonna bend one of the KOABs I have anytime soon. I'm pretty sure they are from the 780 batch. But I'll keep pluggin away with other bends for now. There's 2 peices that I'm starting to get fairly close to now. Hopefully I'll be able to do at least one of them by the end of june.

Sweeet, man you are gonna be a nasty braced bender for sure. I am super envious of that one. I really gotta work on the between the legs, that is where it's at. I definetly saw you move that sucker DO too. Crazy.

For a second when you were rewraping it I thought you were gonna crush it DO. You are gettin seriously strong man, I can't wait to see what it is you said you are getting close to now.

Slippery floor :blush And yeah, alot of padding :D

What no IM pads for this one? Hehe, is there any rules against posting the outside of your feet between something? I will wedge my foot under my car tire or a tree stump sometimes when I am scrolling because I keep twisting and sliding around on the ground.

Haha. I blame the recent story about some guy peircing his leg with a spike, for my use of double pads. As they say safety first :)

Nah. I knew that I hade to use everything in the rulebook to my advantage for this one. I forgot about the feet though :blush But I was tempted to wedge my foot on the blob I had on the floor. But I wasn't sure about the rules so I didn't. Also wasn't 100% sure of the distance required between the legs. I suspected it only had to be 2.5". But I crushed it further just to be sure.

I would suspect bracing your feet against any fixed object would be against David's rules because believe me I've thought about it. On something really springy like a pry-bar, I've litterally had my foot break loose and fly out to the side. Kinda comical really.

I've bent the 80ds with a single wrap but the majority of the time I still use a double for 2 reasons. #1 as you pointed out (pun intended) safety. I've had the point get my hand before on a spike. #2 saves my favorite leather from getting all torn up. I put my good leather on the outside and use a smaller piece of whatever on the inside so my good stuff will last.

Great job!

This would be the 4th. I feel very proud to be on that list!

Yeah as you talked about in the other thread. It would violate rule #7.

I can imagine how it looked. Just from standing on the ground can make the legs shoot out.

Yup, short brace bending eats wraps. I'm not too found of my leather anyways.

Thank you

That leather looks pretty thick, try and find some suede if you can. That stuff is awesome for bending, it is thinner but it works great.

I also like using IM inside and leather over for that stuff, it is almost impossible to put something trough more than 1 layer of the IM wraps, I suspect even an 8" spike would never go all the way through those wraps. You sure would feel it though. I was really joking about that you must know.
